NDI (NDT) life began very early in life as his father owned his own NDT business in Indianapolis, established in 1976, he was very involved in Automotive as well as racing, USAC/IRL and the Indy 500. I worked odds and ends for him as a kid and then worked as a volunteer doing NDT at the racetracks for the IRL. I joined the Air Force at age 18 and spent nearly (8) years as an NDI Technician. In December 1995 I honorably discharged and hired in at MQS the following April thus starting my (16) years working for 3rd party inspection companies in various industries and positions including Ops Manager and District Manager. In 2012 I joined R-CON NDT and started my journey into Sales and Manage the Eastern Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, Western PA & Western NY territories. As of 11/1/23, I accepted a new role as Director of Sales (Midwest) with Quality Equipment Distributors (QED). He currently serves as Chairman for the Central Indiana ASNT section and previously served as Vice Chair for the ASNT Section Operations Council (SOC).

Retired technical Operations Group Leader for the Material Science Engineering (MSE) department, she managed the Cummins Engine Components (CEC) Materials Science and Applied Mechanics Labs. She leads a Global Lab Council, working towards ensuring all internal MSE Labs produce data that is accurate and consistent by establishing Best Practices. She is a Purdue BS-MET Graduate, and has completed the 4 year Cummins, Inc. MSE Apprenticeship program. She holds offices in both ASNT Central Indiana Chapter and ASM Indianapolis Chapter. Striving to understand why things break, she spends her time trying to make sure they don’t.

Worked for Acuren for several years coming up in the ranks as a technician and eventually became their operations manager. Eventually he left Acuren to pursue opportunities in sales as a Sales Manager at both Team Industrial and after, Applied Technical Services.
